I Made this Rug picture
by using a method I often use with folk type pictures, by drawing boxes and
other shapes, and edits and then drawing what it reminded me of.

This
method
seems especially good if you write a memo and look at your handwritten boxes
and cones, like I saw this memo in blue and pink and it looked sort of like
a resort in Miami Beach complete with palms on the roof and a swimming
pool.

Another good method is to drop flour or other powder in a bowl and see what they remind me of, or I just look at memos in a cozy
rug with a jug by the
mug....
